Client Complaint Resolution Committee

The ASA Uganda management has established a Client Compliant Resolution Committee, where our valued customer can share their viewpoints, raise a complaint and seek for justice.

Who can complain?

Any client who is facing a problem/injustice/delay in service/or unacceptable behaviour by ASA Uganda staff.

Client complaint procedure

Contact the Area Manager: Direct call to the Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Operations Manager and HR Manager (mobile number is available in the Passbook and notice board at all the branches) and submit a written complaint in to the “Complaint Box” which is available at the Branch office.
